1. Faça o pedido do produto e especifique o método de entrega.
2. Você receberá uma mensagem de confirmação do pedido.
3. Aguarde a chegada do seu pedido.
4. Retire seu pedido na área de pagamento.
Troca ou devolução de mercadorias
Se o produto for de boa qualidade, o comprador tem o direito de rescindir o contrato celebrado à distância no prazo de 14 dias após a sua assinatura.
Para que o direito de rescisão do contrato seja preservado, o consumidor deve zelar pela conservação do produto em seu estado original. Caso o produto seja destruído, danificado ou avariado sem culpa do cliente, este não fica impedido de rescindir o contrato. Se o valor do produto diminuir devido à desembalagem ou à verificação de seu funcionamento, isso não impede o consumidor de solicitar o reembolso.

- a receipt proving the fact of purchase in the WoodMart online store;
- warranty card;
- an act with a description of the defect drawn up by the service department.
